Free Standard Service for U.S. Orders

We deliver solely within the United States, and free standard shipping is included with every U.S. order. Orders addressed outside the United States are not accepted for delivery under this policy.

Your Delivery Timeline

Fulfillment usually requires 1–2 business days. After carrier handoff, the expected transportation period is 4–6 business days. Weekends, U.S. holidays, severe weather, carrier conditions, peak periods, and address issues can affect an estimate.

Shipment Visibility

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when the order leaves our facility. Enter a complete and accurate address at checkout; contact Support@bentgx.shop immediately if a correction is needed, although an edit may no longer be possible after processing begins.

Cancellations and Delivery Issues

A cancellation request is available before shipment. A dispatched purchase follows the Refund Policy. If a parcel is late, damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, reach Bentgo at Support@bentgx.shop or 4482021048; we will review the carrier record and arrange the appropriate merchant-paid remedy.
