Agreement and Store Scope

These Terms apply when you browse or buy from Bentgo, a U.S.-market storefront. You agree to provide truthful checkout information, use a payment method you are entitled to use, and avoid activity that harms the site or another person.

Catalog and Order Review

The current assortment includes meal-prep and food-storage containers, lunch boxes, insulated bags and backpacks, ice packs, utensils, and connected meal-packing accessories. We aim for accurate product details and availability, but may correct a clear error or refuse an order affected by failed authorization, fraud risk, stock, or legal restrictions.

USD, Taxes, and Payment

Orders are priced and settled in USD. Tax is charged whenever applicable law requires it; no standing promise of tax-free sales is made. Card availability is confirmed by the secure checkout display.

Delivery and Post-Purchase Rights

Only U.S. addresses are served. Standard shipping is free, processing is 1–2 business days, and estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days with tracking. A pre-shipment cancellation may be requested. After shipment, the Refund Policy provides 30-day no-reason returns and exchanges, merchant-paid return shipping, and separate remedies for quality or fulfillment problems.

Responsible Site Use

You may not bypass security, introduce malicious material, scrape or interfere with the service unlawfully, misuse intellectual property, or use the storefront for fraud. Any disclaimer or limitation in these Terms is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
